Acquisition Criteria:
- Stabilized income generating properties of a minimum class ‘B’ quality, or properties that have significant value-add or redevelopment opportunities.
- Currently most interested in: retail, mixed-use, industrial, and residential deals
- 50,000 sqft GLA minimum with anchor for commercial properties / 50 unit minimum for residential
- On or close to main thoroughfare, or adjacent to high traffic junctions
- Cap rates of 7.5%+, however- we will entertain deals with lower rates if feasible upside potential exists
We are not looking for land banking opportunities at the present time.
